Regional Quality Control Lead (Europe) Data Centre Construction Key Responsibilities In Return, Our Client Offers
Location: Ireland (with regular travel across Europe)

Our client is a leading international contractor delivering complex, large-scale construction projects across Europe. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and high-quality project delivery, the company operates across a wide range of sectors including commercial developments, advanced manufacturing, infrastructure, and mission-critical data centre facilities.
Due to continued expansion across the European data centre market, our client is seeking an experienced Regional Quality Control Lead to oversee quality performance across multiple projects throughout Europe. Based in Ireland, this role will involve regular travel to live project sites across key locations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and standardising quality control practices across the region, ensuring consistent delivery in line with company standards, client expectations, and industry best practices. Working closely with project teams, quality managers, and senior leadership, the Regional Quality Control Lead will play a critical role in strengthening quality systems and ensuring excellence across all project phases.
• Lead and oversee quality control activities across multiple data centre projects throughout Europe
• Establish and drive consistent QA/QC standards, procedures, and best practices across all sites
• Support and mentor project-level Quality Managers, QA/QC Leads, and inspection teams
• Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and quality reviews to ensure compliance with company and client standards
• Monitor regional quality performance, reporting on KPIs, trends, and areas for improvement
• Ensure effective implementation of Project Quality Plans (PQPs), Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), and QA/QC procedures
• Manage and review non-conformances (NCRs) across projects, ensuring timely close-out and root cause analysis
• Collaborate with project directors and senior stakeholders to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement
• Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover processes from a regional quality perspective
• Lead client interface on quality matters across multiple projects
• Promote a strong culture of quality, compliance, and right-first-time delivery across all project teams
• Ensure alignment with local regulations, international standards, and internal quality systems
• Contribute to the development and improvement of company-wide quality strategies and systems
